Henry Millard House ~ 1900
Textile Museum

The Henry Millard House is a Victorian home, built around 1900, originally located at North Street and Austin, just north of the fire station. Today, it houses Millard’s Crossing’s textile exhibit, featuring demonstrations and a variety of tools used to create items that were both beautiful and functional.

The exhibit showcases handmade quilts and vintage clothing, highlighting techniques such as lacework, embroidery, and other decorative embellishments from a bygone era. Visitors can also see looms, spinning wheels, sewing machines, vintage irons, fabric pleaters, bobbin lace pillows, and other tools used in the 1800s.
