Chapel & Gazebo
$600 per day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
$100 per hour (Monday-Thursday 2 hour minimum)
Rebellion Barn
$1000 per day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

To Reserve a Rental
To secure a rental: One-half of the total venue fee (not including the damage deposit) must be paid and the agreement signed to reserve a date. The remaining balance plus a damage deposit is due two full weeks prior to the event.
SERVICE CHARGE FEE: Our booking system adds 6% to the reservation total
The date may be changed once free of charge. There is a 50-dollar fee per change thereafter.
Refundable Damage Deposit
(A separate check dated for the day of the event, to be returned if no damage or cleanup is required, or Credit/Debit card on file.)
$200 for Rebellion Barn, Chapel/Gazebo, or Reception House
$100 for Parsonage
$800 if Entire Village is rented
Photography
Renters may arrange for 1 photographic session to be taken any time during the day at no additional charge, please arrange an appointment.
Photographers may pay to use the grounds for a $50 session fee and must sign our Media Consent Form. The indoor/outdoor session fee is $100. An appointment must not conflict with other events.
Cancellations
There is a $50 cancellation fee for events at Millard's Crossing.
