To Reserve a Rental
To secure a rental, one-half of the total venue fee and the damage deposit must be paid and the rental agreement signed, to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

SERVICE CHARGE FEE
Our booking system adds 6% to the reservation total.
DATE CHARGE FEE
The date may be changed one time free of charge. Thereafter it is $50 per change.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A separate check dated for the day of the event will be returned if no damage or cleanup is required.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Renters may arrange for 1 photographic session to be taken any time during the day at no additional charge. Photographers may pay to use the grounds for a $50 session fee and must sign our Media Consent Form. The indoor/outdoor session fee is $100.
