Weddings, receptions, corporate meetings and galas—make your next event memorable in the historic atmosphere of Millard's Crossing! Not only will you be able to offer your guests a unique experience, but the revenue generated by your event supports the continued operation of the only historic village in the oldest town in Texas.

Millard's Crossing offers unique outdoor and indoor locations for your photoshoots and videography projects. There is a $50 fee for professional photography sessions outdoors, $100 fee for sessions indoors & outdoors, and film shoots are priced on a case-by-case basis. We ask that you review our Media Consent form (located above) and sign/return before your session.

Chapel & Gazebo
$600 per day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
$100 per hour (Monday-Thursday 2 hour minimum)
Rebellion Barn
$1000 per day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
$100 per hour (Monday-Thursday 3 hour minimum)

Additional Packages Available
To Reserve a Rental
One half of the total venue fee (not including damage deposit) must bepaid and rental agreement signed to reserve a date. The remaining balance plus a damage deposit is due two full weeks prior to the event.
Date may be changed once free of charge. There is a $50 dollar fee per change thereafter.
Refundable Damage Deposit
(Separate check dated the day of event, to be returned if no damage or cleanup required, or Credit/Debit card on file.)
$200 for Rebellion Barn, Chapel/Gazebo, or Reception House
$100 for Parsonage
$800 if Entire Village is rented

Photography
Renters may arrange for 1 photographic session to be taken any time during the day at no additional charge, please arrange an appointment.
​
Photographers may pay to use the grounds for a $50 session fee and must sign our Media Consent Form. Indoor/outdoor session fee is $100. Please arrange an appointment to not conflict with other events.

Cancellations
​
There is a $50 cancellation fee for events at Millard's Crossing.
